Cycling is great fun, great exercise and a great way to get around.
Being from Colorado, I was used to cycling in fairly open spaces, and if I did cycle on roads, there usually wasn’t too much traffic. But now I live in the big city of London and cycling here is a whole new terrain, literally and figuratively.
This guide has some useful info for families who want to get out cycling more often.
It starts with tips on how to pick the right size bike for yourself or your kids, but the exciting bit for me is the last part. It’s all about which cities are most bike friendly! Do you live in one? If you don’t, and you love to cycle… maybe it’s time to plan a trip?
