Once you have thought, felt, realized and accepted something so powerful that it resonates strongly and shakes your soul, you will find it impossible to ever return to how you felt before.

Something internal shifts, a divine truth awakens within you and you will never again be able to think about a certain part of your life without those associated thoughts and feelings returning, regardless of how hard you try to drown them out or deny them. They remain. You will have been forever altered. This resonance, this new truth is integrated with your higher calling.

This week, there are going to be some life-altering truths coming our way. Whether we choose to accept them or whether we turn a blind eye, will depend upon how open we are and how willing we are to embrace change. Our ability to accept this information will also be determined by how much courage we have, as we may not feel we are ready to turn areas of our life upside down.

Many of us struggle with knowing whether to put more effort into something, or whether it is time to admit that we have done all we can and walk away. How much is too much? When is enough enough? Where are the lines, the boundaries, borders, barriers and the limits? How are we supposed to ever know what is waiting for us beyond what is here now, and what if we make a wrong decision and have life-long regrets?

This is now the time to listen to the whispers and to the sensations that come to us when we are silent and shut down the noise and disturbance in our mind. It is when we are going to feel compelled to pay attention to the serendipities, the synchronicites, the “aha” moments and the de-ja-vus. If we want to know where to go, which direction to wander and who to roam with, we absolutely have to give up trying to consciously control our existence and we have to find the strength that is hidden in surrendering to what makes our heart race.

When we feel deeply, we also feel alive. Yet, many of us are afraid of the strength of our emotions and feelings. We deny, resist and reject many experiences, as we are afraid that we will not be able to handle whatever soul-tremblings they may deliver. We are now being given the opportunity to break free from the cords that have bound and anchored us. Even if the only place that emergence happens is in the awakening and acknowledgment in our own mind.

There is no hurry in this universe as time is just a human-created concept. We do not need to feel the pressure to rush along and make irrational and unconsidered choices. We can uncurl in our own time, and in doing so our transformation will feel natural and aligned with who we are beneath all the “couldn’ts” and shouldn’ts” that we have been telling ourselves for far too long.

Despite what we hear, there is no particular place we should be at by a certain stage of our lives, there are no rules or regulations that are placed on our individual soul growth. We move in our own time, the only thing the universe asks is that we keep moving, that we remember that the only way out of anything is through, and that we should not stagnate due to fear of the unknown, as it only serves to limit.

We are made up of energy and our energy needs to constantly express itself and it does so when we are living our lives fully and sprinkling parts of ourselves everywhere we go. Everything we do leaves an imprint somewhere or on someone. The imprints are our legacy and testament to everything we stand for and are an essence of who we are in each given moment.

This week we will be receiving powerful waves of incoming energy and the message that is being delivered is that we have to take ownership of who we are and we are being told it is time to refuse to play small. We are all here to make a difference, we all have a purpose, we are all essential, even if the simple but significant meaning of our lives is to spread an infectious smile or to show others that we understand and care.

The only thing that is being asked of us right now is that we accept ourselves in our entirety, in all our shades. If we are in a relationship that is no longer serving us or that is harmful, we are being asked to awaken to how it is affecting and hindering us. If we are in a career that feels as though it is suffocating us, it is time to consider our options on a broader scale and start pouring our energy into anything that resonates with our soul. If we are surrounded by those who pull us down and leave us feeling exhausted and debilitated this is the period that we will start to review these connections and disengage with anyone or anything that keeps us pinned down to the ground. We miss out on so many encounters through fear of what might lie ahead yet; we only end up existing in a constant state of friction and discord knowing that we are allowing precious moments to pass us by without celebrating who we are and what we are capable of achieving in this unique life that we were gifted.

This is an assessment period, a stage that we are being called to evaluate all that surrounds us. We aren’t being asked to make those huge “turn our world upside down” decisions. That will come in time. We are just going to feel alert, aware, eyes wide open and with the realization that anything we hope and dream of is within our reach as soon as we start to accept certain truths about who we are, what it is we want, and where we eventually want to be.

In a nutshell, this is the time to take responsibility for who we are. It is time to rise from the slumber and finally wake up. We have opportunity and potential that we haven’t even yet considered. It is time. We can fuel our lives and make every day we live vivid, wild, passionate, fulfilling and free. We are the only ones preventing this. It is entirely okay to make mistakes, to mess up and to take chances. Sometimes these are the things we learn from most. Everything redirects us back to the path that feels right for us, even if we take the long and arduous way around. Sometimes we have treasure to pick up that can only be found along those back roads.

This week, we will start to see it all much more clearly. This is our unlearning of everything we thought we were, and to listen carefully so that we can truly begin attuning to whom we are meant to be. To who we are. Beneath all we were told we should be. The one we have always known is in there somewhere, struggling against the odds to be released. This is the beginning of a magnificent rebirth. We just have to trust, believe and find the courage. The rest will flow naturally.
