Like many people, I was extremely disheartened by the outcome of our recent presidential election.
Given that Leonard Cohen died one day before Trump’s shock victory on November 8th, I felt inspired to rewrite the lyrics of his song Hallelujah in response.
This is my song and video that came as a result:
I truly hope we, as Americans (and world citizens), find the inner strength and courage to stand united against the forces of hatred and intolerance, as we’ve had to do countless times throughout history.
