The new year is here and it’s time to get back to you.

Here are four reasons to make a yoga challenge one of your New Year’s resolutions:

1. Commitment. Committing to a yoga challenge will not only leave us feeling great—body, mind and soul—it will empower us to stick with and follow through on all our New Year’s resolutions. Whether our goals for the new year are small or utterly life-changing, we’ll feel ready to take them on.

2. Change. You will be amazed when you feel the benefits of a consistent yoga practice. Whether it’s improved mood, better sleep, decreased stress, or feeling stronger and more flexible, you’re going to notice incredible changes. And when we feel this good, nothing is off limits.

3. Self-care. Making time to practice every day means we’re making time for our own self-care, which is so important. When we take care of ourselves, we’re better able to take care of those around us. Everyone wins!

4. Build healthy habits. The busy holiday season is behind us, but we often find ourselves just as swamped come January. Instead of enjoying friends, family, and festivities, we’re catching up on work and trying to get back into our routine. By taking on a yoga challenge, you’re making your health and well-being a regular part of that routine. Cheers to building healthy habits for the year ahead!
