Keeping It Simple with Yoga.

by on Apr 28, 2012

Dear Sadie Nardini—Please Don’t Whitewash Yoga.

by on Apr 9, 2012

I am about to divulge the cold hard truth about what yoga is and what it isn’t. And I am not going to mince any words in the process. So frankly, if you can’t handle hearing the truth, you had best be on your way.

Why Practice Yoga Daily?

by on Mar 12, 2012

I’m a Yoga Teacher With a Checkered Past.

by on Feb 27, 2012

As preparation for writing this blog post, I began to examine my own checkered relationship with some of the “socially acceptable” but deviant actions from the list above as well as my relationship with out and out stealing!

Shiva Rea & Sensuality.

by on Feb 4, 2012

I have eight solid years of yoga teacher training with Shiva Rea under my belt. Let it suffice to say that Shiva does not call it a transformational practice and an evolutionary journey for nothing.
