Over the last few years she has taken time to embrace her true roots and has studied Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan and is soon to be working on her own projects in India as well as the Uk. Indra currently works as a Yoga therapist at a mental health hospital teaching Yoga skills to people who suffer with depression and alcoholism. Indra has a passion for working with children and teaches both privately and within the school system. She loves to inspire others through her own yogic insight and believes that being spontaneous and free flowing is part of what makes her own yoga practice and teaching what it is. She feels that through her background of dance it has also allowed her to be creative with her teaching and this allows her to follow her own unique yoga style.
