Evangelicals, Global Warming and never the twain shall meet? Not if you ask Rick Warren, host of 1st Obama/McCain Presidential Debate.

Rick Warren, Southern Baptist minister of a megachurch, is leader of a new breed of Evangelicals: he focuses on issues like poverty, AIDS, Global Warming…only a few years after actively supporting Bush. He’s bringing Christian values back into politics in a non-knee-jerk-Rightwing manner.
