If you find yourself in this most amazing place, surrounded by a geologic hug, plenty of elk and bear, tall ponderosa pines, Bridger Bowl, Hyalite Canyon, the Madison River, Gallatin Canyon, and just a beautiful hop-skip-jump to Yellowstone National Park — You’re going to need to eat good organic food.
