BCBR does an amazing job galvanizing, and reporting on, my local business community. Worth checking out their many great events. ~ ed.


Every year BCBR takes nominations from Boulder and Broomfield county-businesses for the best innovations from the previous year as part of our IQ (Innovation Quotient) Awards. We have nine different categories, and an independent panel of judges narrows down the submissions to the top three in each category. Those three finalists for each category were announced Aug. 7. Now, this Thursday (Aug. 20) we have our IQ Awards ceremony where we have dinner and drinks and great networking opportunities with local business leaders and others. Of course, that’s where we also announce the winner in each category (again, chosen by those judges).
