Robbie Stout is cooler, better looking, taller, younger, in better shape, nicer, and more intelligent than I. Other than that, he’s got nuthin’.

Notes on below photos:

He and Anna, his UK-accented ladypal, are in serious contention for’s annual Couple of the Year award.

Check out his bike-friendly, car-deadly tee shirt.

Check out how he affixes the crutch to his bike, so he can pedal with one leg, hop off, un-bungie his crutch and hobble off. Now that’s fully mobile, fully green, fully innovative to beat of his own drummer living.

Ha! I did that in 1985. I was a marathon runner and I broke my ankle in a rabbit hole out training. The good old NHS fixed me up with a plastic pot. I chopped off the top two inches so I could bend my knee, and kept fit for 6 weeks by cycling 30 miles every other day.

Robbie Stout! I love that you are still riding your bike, even with a broken leg! Didn't your doc tell you not to do that!? *chuckle* Also, didn't you do that once with a torn rotator cuff? You are a braver soul than I.
