What’s affordable, that’s “green” in Boulder, for lunch? Say below 10 bucks, including tip tax?

As seen at the Laughing Goat, a favorite cafe of mine that’s been a longtime supporter of elephant. Them Calzones are good. Problem: you gotta microwave ’em, which nukes out half the good nutrients—or eat ’em cold (which I do), which ain’t half as yum.

    Have them press it in the panini machine- that way you don't have to lose nutrients or taste!

  2. You mean Dish? Love Dish. Used to go there a lot, but since going online haven't had the money to spend, and have had to cut back at many such wonderful, worthy-of-support-bc-they're-serving-up-real-food institutions.
