Most pretentious job title of all-time? “Senior Cognitive Anthropologist, in the Cultural and Business Insights Group.”

Saw this most impressive job title on the home page of a good conference we’ve been invited to attend and cover (that also features our friend, the lovely Olivia Zaleski):

Dave Kingsbury, Senior Cognitive Anthropologist, in the Cultural and Business Insights Group at Crispin Porter + Bogusky.

Well, to be fair, one man’s “pretentious” is another man’s “impressive.” Considering how genuinely cool Kingsbury is—he commutes a kajillion miles each morning over hill and dale and lake via bike, and he helped institute Denver’s bike-sharing program, both of which we previously reported on here and here, I’m gonna go with “impressive.”
