    someone once told me they cook their rice, though, with butter. any truth to that?

    Hey Melanie, no rice in our butter. Just a little soy oil, bay leaf, salt, cilantro, citrus juice and of course, rice. (In fact, there is no butter in any of our food, FYI.) – Colin
