richard freeman yoga video

Today I worked until 630 at Pekoe, cycled off to a green business networking party for a few minutes, cycled off to a birthday party ‘cross town for a few more minutes, cycled home to walk my dog, get dinner, watch 20 minutes of a movie and cozily collapse, to wake and do it all over again.

Only…thanks t…

Lindsay Jean Thomson and her 40 Day Yoga Challenge,

…I inserted a moment of yoga, of movement, of freeing up my body from the speed of my mind. Today, I chose a youtube video of my teacher, Richard Freeman, his familiar cadence and gentle reminders of alignment connecting me, if only for seven minutes, with the here and now.

With thanks:

I fell calmer just watching. They say if you go through the asanas in your mind, without doing them, you get the same benefits. Can I get the benefits of yoga from just watching Richard? 😉
