Sarah Palin might not be faster in a sprint but tells Runner’s World magazine, “I betcha I have more endurance” than President Obama.

    Any yoga is good yoga, even if you do it with sneakers on. Yoga teaches us to be non-judgmental…..

    Doing a yoga pose is one thing. Living your yoga is quite another. Living your yoga includes ahimsa, and shooting wolves from the air for sport does not sound like ahimsa.

    actually it's quite dangerous to place your foot on your knee joint in this pose (or any pose for that matter). hopefully someone will tell her to adjust to a safer position of knee above or below the knee.
