Will it be green? It’s already being called ugly. And it’s definitely messing with the view of the Empire State Building, the most famous skyscraper in history, and NYC’s cityscape. Ah, change.

The proposed tower, which both sides acknowledged may never win a beauty contest, would be built on a large parcel currently occupied by the Hotel Pennsylvania.
