Fun video, which manages to make veganism and vegetarianism funny and non-aggressive.

Love it:

We are omnivores, not carnivores OR herbivores, and our teeth evolved the way they did because we can catch and COOK our food with ease, without being fast or being able to see in the dark, because we're smarter than they are. Most Eastern medicine practitioners know, through 10,000 years of science, that the meat is a necessary part of a healthy diet, as are plants, especially root vegetables and green things. Eat a balanced diet of home made locally grown organic food, or, as Michael Pollan say's, "Eat real food. Not too much. Mostly Vegetables."
