As an ex-hunting preserve laborer, after seeing Iowan suburbanites pay thousands to hunt farm raised pheasants, I would put down money that if this law passes people will flock to and pay to hunt kitties in Utah. (This is also why I do research before I vote. Oh, yeah, it’s also why I vote).
