I have a Sriracha poll question: Where do you store your sublime sauce once opened? Do we refrigerate? Does it stay in the cupboard? Does it have a permanent place of honor on the dining room table?

I have seen organic ones at whole foods. Havent tried em yet but I bet they're good. I feel the same. Though, I still have some in my cupboard.
