Wanna get really blue, sad, depressed…and stay that way? Me, too, sometimes. It’s easy to get sad, as if you’re standing beneath a rain cloud—and it’s even easier to stay there.

Conversely, though, you know, when we want to cheer up—that’s easy, too.
