Life is short. Time is sadness. Adventure now.

I got the opposite message out of this vid: stay home, quiet, a life of love is real.

So: Adventure now.

Life is what happens while you’re making other plans. ~ John Lennon

Presented without comment:

Pixar’s “Up” + Dead Island = Epic Sadness

This is a 1:1 mix of the Dead Island theme song with 3 minutes (unaltered except for sound) of Pixar’s Up. I thought they went together nicely, including the crescendo and the final fade out at the end. Even the pushing of the adventure book in the hospital was well timed, as was the balloon. I, for some reason, picture the composer watching this for sad inspiration when writing the theme song.

I’ve seen it before but just what I needed this morning. Made me a little sad, but encouraged at the same time.
