Diversity in Yoga

A few weeks ago at a rocking dance kirtan at Laughing Lotus NYC, I had the pleasure of interviewing Leslie Kaminoff, author of Yoga Anatomy, about his views on diversity in yoga. Although diversity is a broad topic, he really gives us some insight in true Leslie fashion. Please take a look below.

Pretty cool that he referenced the 1998 movie Bulworth.
