“Dinner! 45% home grown, 55% locally grown. 70% raw. 100% YUM!”

“Home grown dinner. Get a load of those tomatoes! The prana is so vibrant when you grow your own.

We have a butter leaf salad with heirloom tomatoes and lemon-garlic-mustard dressing, raw onion bread with pesto, avocado and cherry tomatoes, and a sprouted tofu stir fry with broccoli, spinach and onions. It was a great dinner!”

Are you a yoga teacher? This Friday, I’m psyched (along with Richard Freeman) to join Amy in helping yoga teachers to make a living mindfully, living a life and livelihood of fun and of benefit. Love that she’s helping clear the path. Join.
