A Tribute to the Moon

Today’s Bright Antenna yoga playlist is a tribute to the Moon—that magical, mysterious and romantic satellite in our night sky; symbol of the feminine nature inside all of us; a light that illuminates the darkness where creativity lies, and an excuse to bring out our softer, more emotional sides. But remember, the moon produces no light on its own–it’s dependent upon the shine of the sun to throw back its image. The result is a symbiotic relationship between darkness and light. A delicate balance that allows reflection.

During your practice, let these songs be a reminder that everything is connected. Everyone is connected.

And if that all sounds to woo woo for you, Arwyn Moonrise is our yoga instructor’s name (for reals—her parents actually wrote that on her birth certificate) and she’s celebrating her birthday this week. This playlist is a tribute to her.
