Autogenesis is a multimedia exhibition featuring selected works by the NDIDA Collective.
These works expand on and confront digital and new media practices through actions of ritual, duration, structure and disruption.
Autogenesis will feature installation works, followed by a series of performance pieces that will include live and processed sound/video art, an experimental cell phone ensemble, aesthetic noise and performance art. It will be produced and curated by Mark McCoin and New Directions in Digital Art (NDIDA), University of Colorado Boulder.
This group is largely collaborative and work cross-disciplinary.
Autogenesis is intended for mature audiences only.
Entry is free and the event begins at 7 p.m., at Boulder Museum Contemporary Art.
Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art is a catalyst for creative experiences through the exploration of significant art of our time.
