Have you ever thought about all the sh*t that could be in your toothpaste?

This year I am striving to use more natural products in my home, especially when it comes to makeup and toiletries.

Did you know that your skin is your largest organ? We often fail to recognize that everything we put on our skin is absorbed into the bloodstream—including chemicals and toxins!

Have you stopped to consider your toothpaste lately? Toothpaste can contain artificial sweeteners and colorings just like processed food. Yuck!

Try this recipe for making your own. You’ll feel better each morning and night when you brush as you know everything you’re putting in your mouth is organic, natural and safe. Try this with your kids too—they won’t know the difference!

It may be an added chore, but I guess DiY toothpaste has its benefits. If anything, at least you're sure there are no secret ingredients or additives.

  2. This is a great way of maintaining our teeth and avoiding the dangers that are presented by the harsh chemical products to our oral hygiene

  3. Tim says:

As a dentist, I really advise my patients to brush their teeth regularly. This is to prevent any dental disease. This DIY toothpaste seems interesting but of course, I still recommend a branded toothpaste.

This won't help you with dental caries.. or… anything, really. Please people, flour is good for you!
