How to Meditate in a Moment (Even a Stressful One). ~ Jennifer Spesia {Video}

“The mind can go in a thousand directions, but on this beautiful path, I walk in peace. With each step, the wind blows. With each step, a flower blooms.”

~ Thich Nhat Hanh

I don’t know about you, but there are times when I could really benefit from a quick meditation, but my head is spinning off its axis and I feel there is just no way I can take a minute to center myself and breathe.

Making a meaningful change in your state of mind can be done in just one minute.

You don’t need to be at the Shambhala Center, or on your cushion in your meditation room at home. You can take a minute anywhere…in your office, on the bus, in your car (not when you’re driving!), or even on the platform at the train station.

This quick little video will show you how to do that:

And, breathe…
