10 Mindful Folks on Instagram to Follow—& Uplift & Awaken your Every Day.

Yup! It’s time for a top 10 Instagram list.

Here’s a prior top 10 list, and there’s another at the bottom, all those folks are also worth the follow, except for one or two of the beautiful women who are set to private (my lists must have flooded them with overeager fans).

I go after folks who, whether adventurers or gardeners, stay-at-homers or world-travelers, are mindful, awake, uplifting, sincere in their recording of their lives.

Hanuman Festival. If you love Boulder, if you love yoga, this is a fun feed whether you can attend, or now.

With a true artist’s eye, Lindsey Wolf makes me appreciate our world anew.

And, of course, @waylonlewis …yours truly. Photos of my frequent travels and adventures, and my equally frequent boring simple life here in Boulder. I share Buddhist  & general wisdom, or eco tips and animal rights or political action issues, music, , I talk with lots of interesting people and show that, and, mostly, I take photos of my dog, which though rather embarrassing (I’ve become one of those people who takes pictures of their children/pets), seems to be far more popular than all the other stuff I’m passionate about.

This guy. One of the best: Grant Blakeman, a fellow “office mate” at cafes in Boulder.

Also, I can’t remember if I shared her in a prior list, but @conantic. In love (with her photos/life).

Here’s my first top 10 list.

You really should include Randy Blythe, singer for Richmond VA heavy metal band Lamb of God. http://instagram.com/drandallblythe/ Dude has intentional written all over him.
