“Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one’s courage.”

~ Anais Nin

What does it mean to you? We have days when we have doubts, fear, and maybe anxiety about what decisions we want to make but haven’t. Can you decide when it’s time to expand and leave the cocoon? The beauty of life starts when you decide to expand your courage.

Whenever you’ve decided, share it. Tell someone. Do something. Don’t even wait for a second. Today.
