I am constantly amazed at the ways in which the universe aims to help us and allow things for us, if we just open our eyes to see and our hearts to feel.

As the saying goes, ‘Don’t ruin a good today [year, relationship, breath, moment] by thinking about a bad yesterday!’

In times when that’s hard, I just remember to thank the goddess and ask for her help!

Here’s something to repeat on days that a little (or a whole lotta) extra guidance is wanted or needed.

Thank you for your assistance.
And continue to help me, please.
I am open and loving.

Willing to receive.
I beg, beg you please.
I want to listen
to your ways.

To your stories,
To your wisdom.
Your beauty,
Your grace.

Such wisdom,
Such potential.
Much conviction,
Making Sense.

Finding Purpose.
Loving Connection.
Infinite patience,
Instant results.

Let me in,
Let us heal.
Thank you Goddess.
