Giveaway: Great Compassion Bracelet.

This original design bracelet comes from our Tibetan Fair Trade Partners in India and Nepal. The Great Compassion Bracelet is silver plate on white metal and each piece is etched with one of the symbols of the Om Mani Padme Hum Mantra (translates to Hail to the Jewel in the Lotus) and is considered to be the most famous and revered mantra in Tibetan Buddhism. It is the mantra of Love and Compassion.

The two end pieces contain turquoise gemstones and the piece is adjustable to fit all size wrists. This Bracelet is carefully hand-made by superior crafts people, exiled Tibetans refugees living in India, Nepal, Bhutan, Mongolia and elsewhere.

Enter the giveaway or buy on your own—your purchase directly assists in the day to day lives of these refugees and aids in preserving and expanding the unique, rich Tibetan heritage and culture.

Turquoise is a valued power stone. It will strengthen and align all of the Chakras; and it can be used to cleanse your energy centers. As a meditation tool, the gem can assist in clearing your mind, opening you to the Universal All. Use Turquoise to attune to the spiritual plane or provide protection during vision quests or astral travel.

To enter the giveaway, please share this on your facebook page and tag @elephantjournal and @Sivana and then comment here that you’ve done so. We will pick winner randomly by Friday, October 25, 2013 at noon.

It would be nice if you could have a giveaway that wasn't tied to Facebook. This may be news to the consumerist world, but some of us don't want a Facebook account. (which is one big data mining tool and endless gift to the NSA).
