Cold Mornings

I did not want to get out of bed this morning.

We all have mornings like that, right?

It stays dark longer and the air has a bitter chill.

Don’t tell me I’m the only one who holds off on going to the bathroom first thing in the morning so I don’t have to leave my bed!

With the cold comes more aches, pains and stiffness in the muscles that can make mornings miserable. These are things that make that snooze button all that much more appealing and then what happens?

You skip breakfast, start yelling at people when you get stuck in traffic and you’re late for work.

You forget your lunch, so you have to head over to McDonald’s for some gross take out that gives you a stomachache and then your whole day is ruined.

But… (Yes, there’s a but!)

There is an easy and fun way to get your morning started.
