Why We Should Get a Massage (Right Now). {Infographic}

Many of us already know massage therapy can feel good (if not great).

Massage can also effectively improve a wide range of musculoskeletal complaints. But we shouldn’t wait until we have an injury to discover this.

Massage, like yoga, can actually be used to help prevent injuries and other chronic issues from ever developing. I’m a particular fan of the lymphatic drainage massage technique, its gentle, and great for immune boosting!
