Give more than you take.
It’s a simple equation for happiness, try it out.
Hold the door open for someone, buy someone a juice, offer a smile, a hug, an ear or a shoulder to cry on.
Do you have a cause that you want to work for? However strong you are in yoga means you have that much more power to share with the world.
To those whom much is given, much is expected.
Give more than you take. Give with no attachment, no glory seeking, no ego gratification, give in the selfless state that is true seva.
