How to be Vulnerable in Love (& still Get Laid).

“Show up, try and connect. Try to be a good person. Then it happens or it doesn’t.” ~ Waylon, on how to approach dating

Walk the Talk Show with Waylon Lewis presents:

Let’s talk about sex and love and dating and relationships.

Today, Waylon gave us a how-to on getting laid. Turns out, it’s less about sweaty bodies and games and sexuality and more about how mindfully we interact with those around us.

The discussion then turned to how to be genuine when communicating with our partners, what our relationships can say about our lives, how to deal with “unkind” lovers and what a mindful first date looks like.

“The point about happily ever after not being real is not that we can’t have joyful, productive, fundamentally good lives, it’s that it’s not an afterthought. It takes daily work.”
