Trump’s disrespect for the electoral process is inexcusable.
It was the worst moment of the final debate: “I’ll leave you in suspense.”
“Not accepting the result of the election is the final nail in the coffin, voters will not accept that answer.” ~ Nicole on NBC
Defeating Trump won’t be enough…for Trump. The Election is rigged, in his mind. So here’s the solution, via VP Kaine.
Democratic vice-presidential nominee Tim Kaine stepped up the [Democratic] party’s attack on Donald Trump…telling voters and reporters in North Carolina that it would try to preempt any attacks on the election’s integrity by winning in a rout.
‘If we win North Carolina, we’ve got this thing, folks,’ the Virginia senator said at a microbrewery in Charlotte’s downtown. ‘The bigger we can win by, the harder it is for him to whine and have anyone believe him.’
Win, and win big, so the decision of We the People is clear and can’t be questioned.
“I am the most fabulous whiner. I do whine because I want to win. And I’m not happy if I’m not winning. And I am a whiner. And I’m a whiner and I keep whining and whining until I win.” ~ an actual Donald J. Trump quote
It’s also, as Hillary said last night in the debate, horrifying. It’s a threat to democracy.
And finally, by contrast, “George H.W. Bush wrote this note to Bill Clinton 20 years ago when he lost the election. Perfectly shows the difference between a good, respectable man and a deplorable sack of shit like Trump.” Via Reddit:
