The Missing Step to Being a true Spiritual Healer.

I’d file ascension, 5D, and spiritual upgrades under “poor excuses for ignoring real work.”

In other words, I’m so over the whole spiritual bypassing business.

I have no doubt ascension is happening on Earth, however, all the talk of the Lion’s Gate, DNA downloads, and the Solar Eclipse last month has me exhausted.

What I’ve been noticing is how a lot of self-titled spiritual healers are using ascension as an excuse to not do any heavy lifting in life. These Lightworkers may talk about crystalline grids and reprogramming their energy fields—but at the first sign of heavy energy or darkness they run. Back to their world of sparkles, pretty crystals, and ETs doing all the work from the other side. Meanwhile, ignoring earthly trauma, pain, and depression right in front of them, as if they’re convinced that one morning the world will wake up from its slumber and be different.

I, for one, will be thrilled if the world did change overnight. However, it’s not an excuse to become stagnant, waiting around for everything to switch. There’s plenty of work to be done; if we don’t do it, who will?

Anyone can meditate on an isolated mountain, on a calm beach, or in a tranquil forest. And it’s pretty easy to sign up for a yoga course, enroll in the next spiritual seminar, or donate money to a worthy cause.

Let’s choose to do the hard work, instead.

Let’s learn how to meditate on a busy street corner in the city.

Let’s hold our peace dealing with banks, governments, and telemarketers.

Let’s breathe in the suffering of the abused, the sick, the homeless, the lost, and the lonely—and breathe out love.

Let’s transform the world around us with not only our thoughts but our actions.

Anyone can become a master, wherever they are beginning, and bring a flicker of light into the darkest corners of the world. We can send thoughts of love and peace to those in war zones, to the rapists, the murderers, and the terrorists. Because they need it the most. When we feel frustrated, we can send love to Donald Trump and Kim Jong-un.

It’s our responsibility to shed our victim mentality, take back our power from within, and change the world with our own two hands.

We will stand up for our personal rights and set boundaries from a place of loving compassion, not fear and hatred.

We will not ignore the darkness—we will face it full on, look it in the eye, and smile.

We will embrace it with the full force of our loving arms because the brighter the light, the further the darkness is cast away.

We are in a state of cultural ascension, so it’s our job to transform ourselves from within.

Find the darkness wherever you may be and burn bright—the time of fear is over.
