Vape your vitamin B12. A better way to B.

It’s no secret that vegans are at higher risk for having low B12 levels.

The B12 vitamin is most prevalent in red meat—or in traditional B12 pills, which often aren’t effectively absorbed. Even sublingual forms of the vitamin don’t offer much of an improvement.

Because of this, I’ve seen some otherwise sane people crush B12 pills and snort it to get “better” absorption through their nasal capillaries. It’s quite a sight, and color me skeptical—I don’t think it makes much of a difference. That’s why many people, including me, prefer getting shots instead.

So when a company called VitaminVape approached me to do a review of their vitamin B12 vaporizers I chuckled and thought, “Who would believe this would work?”

At first, the company offered up published papers from 50 years ago as evidence that B12 inhalation works, but those studies were both old and small in sample size. Not only that, but they used slightly different inhalation methods.

Perhaps sensing my skepticism, VitaminVape offered me free vaporizers and blood tests to prove their case.

I accepted their challenge.

It had been a few weeks since I’d gotten my last B12 shot when I went in to get my “baseline” blood test, and it was low—162, in fact.

After that, I started using VitaminVape. I took 10-20 “normal size” breaths after dinner every day, based on their recommendation.

I immediately felt the difference. My shortness of breath and fatigue were gone. Not just better—gone. Symptoms that I didn’t realize might be B12 related went away; daily pains like cramps and minor headaches.

“It could be placebo,” I thought, so I continued the regimen for a month before I went back for my second blood test to make a final conclusion. To make sure I wasn’t giving it any unfair advantage, I didn’t take any the day of my test.

Lo and behold, the test results came back at 672. With no other changes in my lifestyle, diet, or supplementation, VitaminVape had apparently increased my B12 blood levels by over four times.

Starting at $20 for 28×500 mcg servings, the price makes sense compared to shots, and even to pills, if you consider the absorption difference.

Now, not only am I convinced, I tell everyone I know about it.
