What an incredible world and time we live in; to be able to walk the streets of strangers, taste and experience the cultures of people we once did not understand, and stand in awe at the monumental creations of people who lived before us.

The more I see of the world, past and present, the more I am convinced that at our core we are all so similar.

There is so much inspiring and beautiful variety out there.

But I think the most incredible thing of all is how once you peel back the layers of religion, culture, and even time, we all crave the same things. Health, happiness, joy, connection, safety, for ourselves and others.

Love. Humanness is universal, and I think that is pretty incredible!
