Attention is on your self
awareness is of life
attending to your life
is self, that you are aware
Alert to it is your mind
for the self to be aware of
self which is in your mind
is not aware, only imagined
From memory, making a mind
mind making a body of its kind
a kind of self to be realized
in alert awareness
Attention is not on self
awareness is its life
attending to itself only
is a union of that kind
Itself, from this body
is all reflecting as mind
the body of being is an ocean
knowing the illusion of sky
Yet is blue, perfectly
not possessing a colour of its own
evaporating continuously into
unknowingly, that sky
Known to be a cloud
the body of being is now
self is such, of an existence that is
exploring and expanding, to expend itself.
