The simplest steps can have the most profound impact on our innate wisdom and intuition.

I’ve noticed recently that I’ve taken several actions that have deeply supported my life, and I wanted to share them with you.

Here are a couple of energy hacks to remember when our lives are out of alignment:

1. Deleting all my old phone contacts.

I literally had 3,000 people in my phone from many years including hundreds of people I don’t even remember. There were also several contacts from when I was in recovery who I hadn’t spoken to in years.

2. Deleting all my facebook messages.

Same thing as above—any open messages for me actually imply an exchange of psychic space and energy, and I don’t want to embody that. I simply can’t have these messages open in any capacity. It feels so good to let go, close all the loops, and simply release the attachments to “what if.”

3. Clearing out physical space and releasing all material possessions that are not in alignment with my highest excitement.

Interestingly enough, some brand products I aligned myself with in the last two months no longer feel good. I don’t resonate with them anymore. In our rapid upgrading journey, it’s important to honor our falling out of resonance with particular people, places, truths, messages, and commitments. They even may have recently felt supportive but suddenly no longer do. I gave a ton of things away and closed the loops where I was promoting these products (Instagram, my website, YouTube, and any other spaces like messages or calls).

4. Clearing gunk out of my computer, going through old downloads, photos, and unused applications that are simply taking up space.

It’s time consuming, but eventually, I noticed an immediate clarity and openness to my intuitive insight and presence. Clearing our spaces allows us to receive more of what’s truly available to us in every moment, especially if we’re using our computers all of the time. It’s important to treat our digital space as we do our physical space.

5. Deleting friends on Facebook who I simply don’t resonate with and are draining me.

I know, immediately, without even reading their stuff. I can feel their energy emitting need, negativity, unconscious trauma, victim mentality, or inauthenticity, and I simply don’t want to consume that. Some people who I used to resonate with suddenly felt like they were communicating in an entirely different language, and I felt like I could no longer understand them.

I trust you to trust you. You know the way for you. You know what’s true. You know what feels best. You know you are here to serve a powerful purpose. You are such a powerful being, and I honor you for being you in all the ways only you can be.
