So I’m a man who first started to touch ecstatic and whole body orgasmic states on the dance floor. No, not doing the cha-cha-cha or the waltz. I’m talking free form ‘n’ wild ecstatic dance. Dancing until you don’t care how you look. Dancing into a sweaty mess. Dancing into freedom, into infinity!

And just to clarify ‘orgasmic states’ – whilst it has echoes of that sexual orgasmic peak, the only liquids involved are a ton of sweat. It’s echo is also that it’s a peak state, but one richer, vaster, wider than any sexual release of fluids. It’s one felt throughout the body, and beyond it too – carrying you into powerful blissful whole body states of amazingness!

To become a great lover and to cultivate whole body orgasmic states, it certainly helps to learn the art of surrendering on the dance floor. It’s a training ground that prepares you.However,about 8 years ago, my capacity for whole body orgasm took a quantum leap, which I’d love to share with you…

Around that time I realized that I needed to dive deeper into the world of Tantra. Not a little toe into the water, but full, total immersion. So, being a filmmaker, I started making a movie about the subject, working with Tantra teacher and friend Shashi Solluna. Whilst preparing for the film I was also doing as many Tantra trainings as I could. I knew I needed to understand it from the inside, if I was then going to be able to share it with others, through the film we were making.

During one life-changing workshop, we did a whole thing around opening the microcosmic orbit. In pairs we were guided to tap and open certain energy points on the body, inviting the microcosmic orbit to open.

What is the microcosmic orbit? An energy circuit in the body that starts in the belly, drops down through the sex, and then loops up the spine to the crown of the head, before tumbling back down the front of the body again, creating a circuit – an orbit. And one that creates a pathway for energy to move through.

As it was being opened, in all honesty I really didn’t feel much. In my mind my inner cynic was hunched in the corner grumbling – ‘What, is this it? Maybe they’re not doing it right. Maybe I should have got another person to open this thing. Maybe this won’t work for me’. Yadda Yadda… riffed my cynical mind. Just near the end there was a little tingling, a little something, but I have to be honest, I was kind of underwhelmed.

But over the following week or two, something shifted. Like a new piece of software had been installed, and started running. Booting up online. I started noticing more energy flow in my body. And when I turned my awareness towards it…

Think jacking into the universal mains.

It was like the ecstasy I could touch on the dance floor, now had an energy circuit in the body it could move through. Not just up through the chakras, but in a circular and perpetual orbit. Revolution? Revolution after revolution spinning onwards and raising energy into infinity actually!

Or perhaps Evolution is the better term. An upgrade for the body, one that radically shifted what I could feel and experience.

How did it feel? Like aliveness pulsing through every cell, like energy blasting inside of my body, supernovas exploding, moving, expanding, tingling, rippling, blissfully, endlessly, inside of me.

OMG!

No, actually, that’s too small.

OMFG!!

This upgrade was the key turning point.

Some months later I opened to my first conscious relationship with a Tantric woman. Suddenly I started being able to move these energies together with someone else – someone who could feel them too, circulate them together. Pour this pulsating electrical super-charged invisible force into each other. Fill one another, until out hearts were busting wide open to one another.And not just to each another, but also to Life, to God, to Goddess, to all that we both believed in.

Then lovemaking turned into prayer.

Into Holy union.

Divine unity.

Returning back to the essence of who we are.

Sounds good, right? Maybe a bit far out, but also pretty fucking spectacular right? Supernovas in your body? Anyone wanna sign up?

 

In my opinion, everyone is deserving and capable of opening to these energies. We may need some training and some unlocking, and some process of sensitization, but every single one of us is hard wired with this whole body orgasmic capability. You were born with it. It may just not have gotten online – yet – but you’ve got the hardware (human body – check). You might just need a few people to help you install some new software (as I did) to get you up and running.

If there’s one other key thing that has helped open me to these incredible states, it’s Reiki – a healing modality where your body is opened/attuned so that you can tap into and channel divine energy. It’s a form of energy healing.

 

Once you are opened to reiki you can feel energy moving through the body more noticeably. You can offer healings. And you can also share this energy with a lover or beloved, creating circles upon circles of healing loving energy to nourish one another to your depths. Until the energy turns to overflow, and you start blessing your whole neighborhood!

Perhaps you’re reading this and thinking – this sounds crazy, this isn’t gonna work for me. Those other people might feel it, but I won’t.Well, neither could I, until I went on a journey to sensitize myself even more.

 

The steps I have taken, anyone could follow to become multi-orgasmic… and just generally have a more awesome life in general!

 

It distills right down to 3 things:

• 1. Reiki – opened my energy body opened. It took a bit of time to feel it. That was the starter. The preparation of the ground.
• 2. Ecstatic dance – attuned me even more to learn how to move and cultivate ecstatic states right in the body, through movement and through breath – the power of the breath like an amplifier for all manner of extra energy and power.
• 3. Tantra – showed me how to then shift that to a whole other level. How to cultivate and circulate that power inside of me. How to share it with another. How to open to states of orgasm that are on whole other levels to genital orgasm. States that point towards our intrinsic essence as divine beings existing in human form.

Why become multi-orgasmic? Is this just escapist bliss for new age thrill seekers? I don’t think so. Because when the energy rises, it turns to prayer, it becomes naturally an offering of love that extends beyond the individual, and beyond any coupling of lovers – as we rise into union with all of life.

 

It becomes a vibration of love sent outwards to the area we are in, to the madness of our world, love as healing balm for a world lost on consumerism, love for the earth, the divine, and for our part within that larger whole.

Those orgasmic, ecstatic states, refined and raised, transformed, become part of our offering back to the world. We pour it as the highest holiest love, back towards planet earth herself.

Is orgasm alone going to save the world? No, I don’t think so.

But is it a crucial part of the love we need to return back to mother earth? Fuck yes.

So to all the men {and women} who may think they can’t become multi-orgasmic… think again… because that limiting belief of the mind is the very thing that will gradually die, as you deepen into these experiences, openings, awakenings.

And remember.

This is part of our birthright.

All of us. Every man and woman, and all those that identify as between (or beyond) those definitions.

We’re all here to be orgasmic.

We were born to be ecstatic.

Look at any free spirited child and they’ll show you that.

And we’re here to bless the world with that super powerful, tapped-in uber-potent energy.
