Like many of you, I will be glad to say goodbye to 2020! For me, it has truly been the year of visual clarity; a rollercoaster journey with vistas of both glittering wonder and overwhelming darkness.

Each perspective sharpened my vision and provided focus for the future, which is never promised but always appreciated and welcomed with gratitude.

Now is not the time for promises of perfection but for moving forward with fortitude and love!

This year I will not apologise
I will not regret decisions made or deeds done,
Replay conversations or second guess others.
I will not brood over meals enjoyed or treats indulged or deny myself comfort and rest when my body speaks…I will listen.

I will stand proudly in the light of my own power,
I will love fiercely and honestly and bring sunshine wherever I go, healing from the inside out.
This year I will honour my breath, I will nourish my soul and I will learn & grow with love.  Unapologetic, powerful, restorative love.
