Stop what you’re doing & try one of these Tiny Meditations.

Lately, I’ve really been enjoying little pauses in my day to reset.

When I feel tension creeping into my shoulders, my jaw, and my back, that’s my cue. First, I stand up and stretch to release some of that pent-up energy.

And then, I use one of these little TikToks for a tiny bit of meditation.

There’s no need to commit to hours sitting in a quiet room every single time you need a brain break. Sometimes, just making a small bit of space for this through your day is all you need and want.
