There is a story behind every soul,
a sole spark in every eye,
there’s a place called home,
both love and pain in every smile.
There was a woman that hit on a pain,
with eyes too red and mouth too dry,
she took her kids and walked away,
from what she thought would be a house of love.
There was a boy, strong as a man,
preparing himself to fly,
he became someone, goddamn,
despite those who left him behind.
There was a girl, with a dream so big,
to move the mountains every day,
she decided from a young age,
never to lose herself on the way.
Here are children, with eyes so bright,
they moved all the clouds away,
they are love and they are home,
and everything is ok.
