Hanna Tetens

Hanna Tetens has loved words since she was a child. With her crayons, she scribbled images of the words she was learning long before she knew how to write. Fast forward through school, she loved learning as much as she loved words and images. Her life included her love for gardening, nature, and animals, especially the dogs that have been her constant companions. Technology fascinated her, and she always knew it could be used to share ideas, words, and images in new and exciting ways. She enjoys a satisfying career where technology meets learning, in IT, eLearning Development, and Learning Management. She gathers strength from the ideas she finds in stories to get her through common, and uncommon, challenges of life. Her love of words and images has grown fonder through time. Typically, she reads a book a week, chosen from the shelves of non-fiction, fiction, sci-fi (aka spec fiction), historical fiction, memoir, and sometimes poetry. She writes non-fiction, memoir, spec fiction, and poetry. Her image creations are currently focused on shapes in nature and sidewalk art. Her approach to life is one of discovery and pushing boundaries. She believes that which seems impossible is just a challenge waiting to be understood. Her motto is “where logic ends, ideas begin.”
