I want to suggest that the spiritual journey one undertakes to enlightenment, or even consciousness is one that is relatively easy. You will go through various shifts in your spiritual journey every day, every decade. Each revealing a new layer of yourself. It is transformational, but it can also be bleak.
There will always be a breaking away that must emerge when we move through into the more aware state that we are moving forward and into. The breaking away has been perceived as the ego. In reality, I think this breaking away is not the ego, but our own soul. As we break each time, we do not break from the ego, those breaks happen and will happen up until that point. However when you get to that new layer of darkness that is the final leap in the transformational process, we confuse the leap with letting go of our own ego when in reality we are letting a part of our soul go.
The journey moves us forward because with each letting go of our soul we unite with our oneness which doesn’t comprise our personal soul at all but it does comprise of all souls as one. You then hold the key to more than just enlightenment, but to life. You must however learn to let yourself go, ego – yes, soul – yes. It is only with this breaking that you will discover the world around you and in you is not only you but cosmically yours. Yours to shift, create, morph and make as you wish. However, all this plays out is up to you.
The final truth, is that while it – all that is – is yours – you are also its. Your soul’s purpose was never yours to begin with, but the oneness that is vastly bigger than time, space, and the universe. The, all that is, which isn’t anything definable. The minute you define it, you lose it.
So, take that leap.
Leave id~entity (ego & soul) behind.
Lose yourself in the layers of darkness.
The spiritual journey is constantly spiraling, not upwards but around, we, you, me, are spiraling in those circles like little planets.
Even if you’re feeling alone, you are not.
You are cosmically one . . .
