The Perfect Blend for Inflammation and Joint Health
Everybody should know the facts about traditional medicines and how our forefathers or ancient ingenuity use to recover their disease with natural herbs, understanding of these nutrients will benefits a lot, at least few things should be in our pocket which can change our life. Deciding which treatment is right for you herbal or pharmaceutical or just some home remedy. Some people who buy supplements to avoid themselves from drug companies by thinking herbal “supplements” contain actual active ingredients. Still alternative medicines may difficult to define it cover tradition herbs, diet and exercise.
Still more research is needed to determine the efficacy of nearly all of these practices, but that hasn’t stopped people from engaging in them.

I’ll like to share here about herbal medicines for the treatment of osteoarthritis, joint pain and the most commonly used herbs in alternative medicine is Boswellia and Curcumin.
Boswellia serrata, also called frankincense, this herb has a long tradition as an arthritis remedy and has anti-inflammatory and pain relieving properties
for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis. Boswellia releases an active ingredient called boswellic acid, which inhibits a typical enzyme involved in causing inflammation. It suppresses the production of those chemicals that cause major inflammatory changes.
Curcuma turmeric extract it has a long history of use in herbal remedies, warm and bitter flavor and a mild fragrance slightly reminiscent of orange the active compound in turmeric root, called curcumin (Diferuloylmethane Derivative),
It is an anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant substance largely found in roots and rhizomes of turmeric plants cultivated in India, China, Indonesia and other Asian tropical regions. It is known to reduce oxidative damage to human cells, thereby protecting cell DNA. Having anti-allergic properties, the substance is also effective in reducing inflammation due to acute lung injury, allergic asthma, acute respiratory distress syndrome, COPD and other such chronic conditions and also anti-tumor activity in the laboratory.
Boswellia and Curcumin:
Inflammation is one of the natural response and processes of the body. Through inflammation, the body fights off foreign substances like viruses and bacteria. On the other side, inflammation also accompanies certain diseases like rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, gout, and other joint disorders. In fact, a ligament tear or sprain can also trigger inflammation. While there are traditional pain-relieving medicines for these complications, a natural supplement, too, can do wonders. Boswellia and curcumin are natural plant extracts that may be helpful for pain caused by chronic inflammation.
Along with prescription medicines, Boswellia and curcumin supplement can also have significant results on joint health and inflammation.
