Many believe the tongue to be the strongest muscle in the human body,
yet the true power of the tongue is still underestimated.
Your tongue can inflict pain greater than anything physical.
Your tongue can create arousal easier than any touch.
Your tongue can make you feel more trapped and helpless than any wall or fence.
We are aware of the strength of our tongues but still we struggle to rethink its actions and grasp it’s power.
Sometimes we just need to take a breathe and think about the words we use and how they not only effect others but also ourselves. It may take a little extra time and effort to rethink our words before we let them out but how can we not see the way we portray ourselves as a priority. In such fast paced world taking the time to use our words wisely can make a huge difference. Our words effect each other’s thoughts and emotions, which in turn effect our own. The way we use our words give people a sense of who we are, so why not put in the effort to make our words reflect who we truely are and what we want to convey.
