We claim we are a Christian nation.

This means our roots go deep into a death cult that literally worships before a man-god writhing in agony on a device of torture. Many wear these torture devices around their necks, in their jewelry, and tattooed on their bodies to signify their connection to an institution with a long history of labelling women as witches, then torturing and killing them, labelling others as heretics and committing genocide, and endorsing both sides in centuries of horrifying wars involving rape, pillaging and death.

This means an organization that enshrines celibacy as a virtue and shames the natural urges of the body as depraved, literally turning us against our selves.

This means we are taught that our greatest contribution is to kneel and debase ourselves to authority, be filled with fear, and obey without question edicts handed down from above.

This means accepting that divinity is outside ourselves, beyond reach, and that we are lowly and needy, requiring salvation that we don’t deserve.

We claim we are a Christian nation.

A nation where pedophile priests abuse our children for decades without restriction or consequence.

A nation that drops thousands of bombs a year on distant countries with impunity, killing, burning and maiming the innocents by the thousands, without a twinge.

A nation that watches with gradually dimming horror as weapons of war are brought into our classrooms, churches and public spaces to create indiscriminate death and chaos, without rationale.

A nation that, after destroying the governments, infrastructure and economies of other countries, refuses refuge to the innocents displaced, accusing THEM of being criminals and terrorists, without a shred of self-awareness.

A nation of people that passively accept a yoke of oppression, confusing obedience with righteousness and laws handed down from above with morality, without justice.

A nation that confuses those who protest problems as being the problem, without logic.

A nation of people that recoil in horror at those who are different, shaming, dehumanizing and attacking them, without empathy.

A nation that professes love and compassion, but dispenses hate and indifference, without limits.

We claim we are a Christian nation.

As if that was a good thing.
